Format Fitness is a gym designed for anyone who wants to work out in an environment free of pressure and judgement.

It’s a friendly community of like-minded people with each session led by an expert coach with the added motivation of a small group setting.

OUR METHOD

Having operated on both a 1-to-1 and a ‘bootcamp’ basis over the years, we eventually settled somewhere in the middle with small group Personal Training.

We found the personal relationship typically inhibited the training after a while with 1-to-1 and there just wasn’t enough attention to detail or individualisation in a bootcamp setting.

RESULTS

Personalised support in sessions helps you make the most of your training.

We take all the guess work out of your training like - what exercise to do, how many times to do it and how to do it well.

We'll keep you accountable with your sessions, all you have to do is turn up. Then you've got the added support and motivation from our friendly members in each session.

FLEXIBLE & EFFECTIVE

As we have a schedule of small group personal training, there are over 50+ sessions available each week to pick from - making training around your busy life easier to fit in.

It's also more a more accessible way to receive personal training, as a good PT in London could cost upwards of £100 per hour. Here you can receive the same level of coaching at a fraction of 121 PT..

Plus the small group dynamic makes training more fun and supportive.
