We run sessions pretty much every hour from 6am to 9pm weekdays and 7:30am-12:30pm on Saturdays.
With over 50+ PT sessions available across the week, there's plenty of choice to pick from to fit into your lifestyle.
No, we are very flexible, we train a lot of full-time workers and parents. You can change your sessions every week and book in to any which suit you.
That's fine, most new people that start with us are beginners or have never been to the gym before. You don't need any experience or fitness level to join, just an openness to being coached.
You can sign up as a member on a monthly plan, or you can walk away after the 28 days, its totally up to you!
We are a 1 minute walk away from Snaresbrook station or if you drive, there is free parking available outside the gym on the main high st. You'll just need to register your car with the RingGo parking app.
Yes, we have showers! There are 4 in total – 2 male and 2 female. They’re available for your convenience after a workout, so you can freshen up before heading out for the rest of your day. Making fitting in your PT session even easier.
